Sophie's Dragon Dress by Allicapri
Allicapri made this dress using the Gathered Dress tutorial.
If I do this again (and I probably will) I'd pick a different fabric--something less shiny and more flowy--but doing the gathering with elastic thread was so fun it was ridiculous. The straps are made of ribbon.
