Kirsten
Kirsten is a pioneer who immigrated from Sweden to Minnesota when she was 9. Sometime after she turned ten, she discovered that she could not grow older! Ever year she turns ten in June and then ends up nine again in the winter. Last year she came to live with me. She calls me "adoptive mom" most of the time because both of us feel weird about her calling me "mom." She has recently gotten a sister, Emily, who has a similar age problem. Kirsten loves to be in charge, she is always dragging Emily along in her schemes. She has a very up front personality, which sometimes gets her in trouble. She also tends to have a "go get 'em" attitude, when she wants something, she finds a way to get it. Kirsten also likes to sew as well as to model for some of the things I sew. Other than the times she models for me, she stays in time-period correct clothing. Kirsten also enjoys the outdoors and fishing.
